No more fans on the roof, reduced installation time, and side mounted louver are just a few of the benefits versus the standard conventional Concession/Food Truck hoods. All Concession style hoods are NSF, UL, NFPA and ETL approved.
Our Type 1 Concession/Food Truck Hoods are designed for use over cooking equipment to remove heat, smoke and grease laden vapors. Constructed of 18 Gauge 430 Stainless Steel with Stainless Steel Filters.
